Tickets and Your Right to Drive

RoadSafetyBC (formerly the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles) will subjectively assess your driving history. An accumulation of too many Driver Penalty Points, or in certain instances, a single Traffic Ticket can cause them to send you a Notice of Driving Prohibition.  Often these driving prohibitions range from one month to one year. If you receive a Driving Prohibition, it is in effect 24 hours per day and cannot be altered for work purposes.

The Traffic Ticket Office regularly defends people and protects their driving privileges. We are hired by all types of people including professional drivers who cannot work if they cannot drive. Call us today for a free consultation and find out how we can protect your licence.
